Refund Policy

WeWOOD products are nonrefundable.

Any WeWOOD watch purchased with a 25% off discount or more, cannot be exchanged for a different style. All sales are final.

You can return any watch purchased at full price or discounted less than 25% for exchange or "store-credit" for any reason within 5 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, please send your watch along with your receipt to WeWOOD at LD. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on item availability). For store credit, please email us your request before shipping back item

NOTE: For return and exchange outside of US territory, customer will be fully responsible for shipment costs and extra fees (taxes, custom and duties etc.) 

Purchaser may exchange an item with another available color within 5 business days of receipt. No exchange on parts. 
Contact WeWOOD USA prior to returning any item.
The purchaser shall insure their return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping       process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.
The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW. This means that it must never have been worn. Once the WeWOOD watch has been worn, the exchange/refund policy is void. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements; items must be returned in the same condition as shipped with no substitution or switching of parts. Although great care is taken to safely package all items, damage by the U.S. postal service or the buyer (such as dropping a watch) will not be an acceptable reason for return. The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter.
