Refund Policy

You can return any item discounted less than 25% within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition. If you need to make a return, please contact us at support@we-wood.us to obtain a return authorization # and customer form before sending us your return.  

Exchanges and Store Credit 

Within 14 business days of receiving your order you may return any item discounted less than 25% for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition. If you need to make an exchange/store credit, please contact us at support@we-wood.us to obtain a return authorization # and customer form before sending us your return.  

1. Any watches on Sale or discounted more than 25% from original price are not eligible for a refund. We can only offer store credit 

2. WeWOOD can only refund merchandise purchased directly from we-wood.us. We can, however, repair merchandise purchased from a authorized WEWOOD vendor upon verification of the warranty.

3.  For returns and exchanges outside of the US the customer will be fully responsible for shipment costs and extra fees (taxes,conversation rate,custom and duties etc.)

 

*Note: WE ADVISE YOU SEND THE WATCH WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED IN CASE OF LOSS, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. 

 

HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

Order must be placed no more than 1 week prior to these Holidays. EXCEPTION: Christmas 1 month prior.  Any orders placed after the given Holiday are subject to normal return and exchange policies

1. We advise that you send the watch with tracking and signature required in case of loss

2. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
