Your WEWOOD® timepiece comes with a limited manufacturer defect warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions: The worldwide WEWOOD® timepiece warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the watch. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.
1 YEAR FREE PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY (US ONLY)
If your watch needs a repair under warranty within 1 year of purchase, we will gladly pay your shipping costs (1 YEAR FREE PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY). Any repair needed after one year, we ask that you simply pay for shipping to us. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch, or if you purchased a WEWOOD® timepiece no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a WEWOOD® timepiece of the same or similar model/color. The WEWOOD® warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration, water or fire damage, the life of the battery, loss or theft.
**NOTE: International customers are requested to pay shipping to and from our warehouse due to high international shipping costs.
If your repair is not covered under warranty, we offer affordable repair options for any damage that may result from daily use.
• USA Customers: It is $30 for repair of links (shipment back to customer included) and $40 for repair of movement (shipment back to customer included).
• International Customers: It is $40 for repair of links (shipment back to customer included) and $50 for repair of movement (shipment back to customer included).
You may also purchase additional links from our website here at $5.00 per link plus shipping.
**NOTE: When purchasing additional links, please make sure to specify in the notes the style and color of the watch that the extra links are needed for, and please also specify the type of pins (Phillips head, flat head, or non-screw pins).
THIS IS HOW TO PROCEED:
Please send an email to our support department at email@example.com including:
• A picture of your broken watch
• A written description of the damage and how it occurred.
• Your mailing address
• Your proof of purchase/receipt
• The style and color of your watch (if unsure, please browse our collection at we-wood.us)
Someone will respond to you within 72 hours to give you your return authorization number (RA#) and a customer form that you must then complete and mail in with the damaged watch.
